# Portable Power Rank > Portable Power Rank compares portable power stations on the same specs. A review puts models in an order for a job. A model page shows a score from capacity, output, weight, and the US list price. Those numbers come from the brands. A published battery test appears only when it can be linked. Some outbound links may be affiliate links. This file restates the published pages in Markdown. It does not add measurements. Not listed means the source did not give that number. Catalog updated 2026-11-02. Contact for corrections: carterwzq@gmail.com. ## How to read the numbers - **Capacity.** The brand's rated watt-hours. A tested number is shown with a link to the source. - **Output and ports.** Continuous output, and the ports the brand lists. - **Weight.** The published weight. - **Charging.** Solar input and UPS. - **Price.** The list price on the day we checked it. - **Downsides.** A documented drawback, when there is one. Each model page has a score from 7.0 to 10. The weights are on the how-we-review page. On a review, the first model is the pick for that page. On the model list, a row number is its place in the sort. ## Questions **Why do some models have no price?** We only show a price after we've checked it on the brand's site and noted the date. No price means we haven't confirmed one. It doesn't mean the station is free. **Did you test the watt-hours?** No. The watt-hour number in the specs is the brand's rating. When another site has published a usable watt-hour test and a link, that row is separate. Two labs can list different numbers. **Is there a score?** Each model page shows a spec index from 7.0 to 10. It weights capacity, continuous output, weight, and the US list price per watt-hour. The formula is on How we review. **Do these buttons earn a commission?** Some View on Amazon and View official site buttons may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission. Your price stays the same. **What does Not listed mean?** That detail wasn't published, so it isn't filled in. ## Recent updates - 2026-11-02: Added reviews for light stations, quiet rooms, van life, working from home, emergency kits, compact packing, and fast solar charging. - 2026-10-31: Added ComputerBase and CHIP watt-hour tests where the page names the model and the number. - 2026-10-31: Added brand specs and the list prices we checked. - 2026-10-27: Added reviews for the most stored energy, list price per watt-hour, and charging from a car. - 2026-10-07: Added reviews for tailgating, RVs, and a power outage. - 2026-09-22: Removed the brand comparison reviews.
